Navigating the science of agriculture.

McCain Foods is a global leader in agricultural innovation. Following McCain’s acquisition of the predictive crop portfolio from Resson in 2022, we were tasked with developing the brand strategy, naming, design system, and website for McCain’s inaugural venture into geospatial technology. After collaborating with the McCain Earth Observation team for approximately four weeks, we formulated a comprehensive brand strategy that will guide all of Presia’s future growth initiatives.

The name was derived from a combination of Scandinavian words relating to accuracy and prophecy—quite literally translating to “Accurate Prediction.” This was complemented by a symbol representing both growth and geospatial observation.

As a boutique branding agency, we’re proud of the work we’ve accomplished with another globally recognized, Canadian company such as McCain Foods. We look forward to Presia’s success and their contribution to the science of sustainable and regenerative agriculture.
